About Explore Arizona Foods

Explore Arizona Foods is a local food blog that provides a variety of opinions and unbiased reviews of new, upcoming, and well-known eating establishments in the Mesa, AZ area. The website was actually birthed by the employees of Web-Op, a Mesa design firm. The members of this firm realized that, after going out to lunch every Friday, it would be best to share their experiences with other dining members in the community via some of the greatest social media venues available. Because Arizona Foods' allows each employee to blog on the same restaurant and meal, visitors can read reviews from a variety of perspectives for a more balanced approach than what's offered in traditional food publications.

What I Did

The bloggers of Explore Arizona Foods came to me for new business cards that would incorporate the colors and custom elements created in their original blog design. To do this, I tapped into the rich browns and terracotta colors that made the original design so appealing, and I also added small images of food and other restaurant icons to finish off the template. I then added appropriate text containing the blogger's contact information and website address so they could pass out their cards to the particular restaurants being reviewed as well as other diners and community members interested in their findings. To finish the project, I worked closely with the printer to ensure the cards were completed in a timely and professional manner.
