Good tips, client communications can be hard sometimes (I, myself prefer email to phone lol) It’s difficult dealing with some clients, especially ones who have had problems with previous designers, because they tend to expect you to make the same mistakes and are even more critical of your work than normal.

Though I am not a designer and so I don’t have to deal with design clients, but this tips I think will even work for my development related clients too.
