Great post. I like the one about adjectives. I am guilty.

Another point is to not come across as self centered. Show you care about your customer’s needs. As a shopper your customer wants to know how your product or service is going to beneftit them. Instead of saying “we offer top of the line designs” say “get quality designs rhar are affordable and in less time”. There. Your customer knows immediately that they can save money and time- the two top priorities of a lot of peoples list.
