Quality Mechanical Services is a family owned and operated heating and cooling company with a 40-year presence and over 500 years of combined HVAC experience in the Lima, Ohio region. Thanks to the efforts of Robert Hare, Jr., President of the company, Quality Mechanical Services has developed a reputation for reliability and service in the greater Lima area. Beyond the initial sale of home heating and cooling equipment, the company takes great pride in maintaining long-term relationships with their clients by keeping their HVAC equipment in good working order for the duration of their lifespan. For the ultimate customer convenience, employees and technicians at Quality Mechanical Service are available 24 hours, 7 days a week to address all heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and excavating needs for both residential and commercial clients.

What I Did

Quality Mechanical Services specifically wanted a warm and inviting website with tremendous personality. They also wanted to reach out to visitors and potential clients on a local level, while providing general information on all heating and air conditioning needs. To carry out this goal, I created a number of light and friendly custom graphics and placed all three local phone numbers directly in the website header. I also created a custom contact form on the right side of each page to make contacting QMS easy at any step of the research process. I placed targeted local and industry-wide keywords throughout the pages to bring in leads through search engine optimization, and broke the layout into very clear and easy-to-scan sections. This allows potential customers to quickly find the information they need in the event of a plumbing or heating emergency. The outcome of the design has reinforced the company's history as a friendly and family oriented business and captures QMS's commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
